UK DELIVERY
Standard delivery (2-3 working days) – free

Deliveries are made by Royal Mail Monday to Saturday. Delivery does not require a signature.

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day and delivered the next day or within 2 working days.

Orders placed on a Friday (after 4:00pm), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday and delivered Tuesday or Wednesday (excluding Public Holidays).

Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee delivery within our normal timescales to rural areas or if we are experiencing severe weather conditions.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International Delivery is only available to countries within the European Union at this time. We do not ship outside the European Union.

International Tracked & Signed (5-7 working days) – European Union. The cost of delivery can be viewed at checkout after entering the destination.

Free shipping is available on orders with a value of £130 (GBP) and above.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

To track your order, click track and enter the tracking number you received via email. If you don’t have your tracking number, contact us.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of purchase, subject to the ‘return policy’ section in our terms and conditions.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be returned to us unused and in their original packaging with any security seals or stickers still intact. We reserve the right to inspect the condition of any product that you wish to return and make any deduction if there are indications or signs that the products, its packaging, its security seals or stickers have been used, removed or tampered with.

To complete your return or exchange, please contact support@almusk.co.uk with the email used for your purchase and quoting your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
