By placing an order for any of our products or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We may change these from time to time by updating this page. BASIS OF SALE
To place on order on the Site, you will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Site. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order. Your order will be placed once you click Make Payment at the end of the checkout process. After your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledgement from us providing you with the details and value of your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted by us. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you.
We reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason and we will not be liable to you or any other persons. We may not to accept your order if an item ordered by you is out of stock or there is a problem with obtaining authorisation for your payment. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you by email or telephone advising you of this.
Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of the product will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. All prices are inclusive of VAT, where applicable, and are exclusive of any delivery charges.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and other major debit & credit cards.
All credit or debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We do not store your credit or debit card details after your order has been placed, unless you have given us express permission to do so.
We will deliver the products to the delivery address specified in your order and in accordance with the delivery option selected by you at the checkout stage. We will deliver your Products to you as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.
If you do not collect the products from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract.
If you instruct us to leave items in a safe place, it will be at your own risk and we cannot be held liable for any loss resulting from this.
If your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday, it will be processed the next working day.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates only.
RISK AND TITLE
Risk of damage to, or loss of, any products will pass to you when the products have been delivered to you except in the case where the products were damaged or faulty upon delivery.
Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we have delivered the products to you or received payment in full, whichever is later.
You are entitled to cancel your order at any time provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you received the products. To exercise your right of cancellation, you are required to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All products must be returned to us unused and in their original packaging with any security seals or stickers still intact, at your own risk. We reserve the right to inspect the condition of any product that you wish to return and make any deduction if there are indications or signs that the products, its packaging, its security seals or stickers have been used, removed or tampered with.
Unless the products are faulty, you are responsible for paying the return postage.
Your right of cancellation or return does not extend to or cover fragrances which have been unsealed, opened, tested or partially used.
If you are entitled to a refund under these terms we will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment..
If any product is faulty or damaged upon delivery, we may, in accordance with your legal rights, offer you a refund or an exchange as we deem appropriate. In the event that a product is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to inspect the product to determine whether it qualifies for a refund or exchange.
Nothing in this section or elsewhere in our Terms & Conditions affects your statutory legal rights.
How we may use your personal information
We will use the personal information you provide to us:
(a) to supply the products to you;
(b) to process your payment for the products; and
(c) if you agreed to this during the order process, to give you information about similar products that we provide, but you may stop receiving this at any time by contacting us.
We will only give your personal information to [other] third parties where the law either requires or allows us to do so.
If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
